NIRMALA HOME FOR THE AGED, NASHIK, is a dream that came true, for the Ursulines of Mary Immaculate in the year 1975.

The home is open for all caste and creeds subject to the availability of accommodation. To make Nirmala Home a real home, the residents are accorded loving  care and cheerful service by the sisters and their co-workers to the best of their ability. There is a resident nurse and visiting doctor to cater to their physical needs. Nashik has been selected as an apt place for the senior citizens home because of its salubrious climate. It is also very convenient for the seniors as there is easy access to hospitals, banks, shopping centres and parish churches etc.

         Our inspiration and guide is Blessed Brigida Morello of Jesus, the Foundress of the Congregation. Nirmala Home has rendered 51 years of its services to the old, retired, uncared and lonely, Senior Citizens who long for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at the twilight of their lives. In a significant move to improve the living conditions of the elderly, the old structure of Nirmala Home was demolished to make way for safe, modern and more comfortable facility for them. 17th February 2025, is a memorable day for Nirmala Home as it celebrated the golden jubilee and the inauguration of the new structure.
